I subscribed to your service. When can I expect to receive my magazines?

If your order has been submitted before the 5th, you will receive your first shipment between the 25th of this month and the 7th of the following month.

How can I pay my subscription?

You must fill and return the detachable part of your invoice with your credit card number, or accompanied by a check or money order within thirty (30) days of reception of your first shipment.

What is the duration of my subscription?

The minimum subscription is one (1) year. Get 10% off the regular price if you select a three (3) year subscription.

How to choose magazines that will appeal to my customers?

Magazine preferences can vary greatly from one person to another depending on their gender and age as well as their particular interests. This is why we created many sections on this website that will make this task easier to help you find the magazines that will suit your waiting room.

If so, perhaps it would be better to direct yourself towards categories like Men’s Interest, Sports or Automotive.  On the other hand, if a female audience will be reading your magazines, you should then turn to Women’s Interest or Decoration, Renovation & Gardening. 

Similarly, you should take into consideration the age group of your customers. You will find magazines for children and teenagers in the Youth section. Other sections are generally intended for an adult audience.

The number of visitors should also be taken into account. If there are many customers at the same time in your waiting room, it might be relevant to have multiple copies of some magazines whereas if there are fewer customers, you might want to get more specialized magazines but in smaller quantities in order to reach the required minimum annual purchase of $195.

Do I pay additional charges for shipping and handling?

Yes. A handling fee of $21 ($1.75 per delivery) will be charged. The shipping charges are determined by the delivery address and could result in additional charges.

How many magazines can I order?

You can order as many magazines as you want as long as it meets the minimum annual purchase of $195.

Do I have to make a new selection each month?

No, Presse Commerce's subscription service is for one (1) year. However, you can add titles if needed. 

Can I order a single magazine or do I have to order more than one magazine at a time?

The minimum annual purchase required is $195. You must build your selection in order to reach this amount. You can also opt for one of our targeted selections to suit your business type.

Can I order multiple copies of the same magazine?

Absolutely, as long as the minimum annual purchase of $195 is reached.

Is it possible to order more than one package at the same address or for the same subscriber?

Yes! There is no restriction.

Yes, exclusively for large businesses, chains or franchises, Presse Commerce offers much more than just a stack of magazines thanks to our series of personalized and varied service options. Yes, but you will have to pay the balance due on your account within 30 days by cheque, money order or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

Is it possible to temporarily suspend the delivery of my magazines?

For temporary or seasonal needs, such as summer vacation for example, Presse Commerce offers two beneficial solutions to our customers: the retention or temporary suspension of your deliveries.

Retention of deliveries: Presse Commerce offers to keep your packages for a predetermined period of time. Thus, it will be possible to recover all your publications when resuming your operations.

Suspension of deliveries: Suspend your subscription for the duration that suits you. Please note that during the suspension period, you will not receive the magazines that are normally distributed and that the duration of your subscription will be readjusted consequently.
